A typical V-day of an IITian

Vallentine-a day of red, ribbons and roses. A day of kisses, hugs and may be more... But for the IITians, the 'creamiest' of the cream of the country(as looked down upon by our profs) its not a special day. In fact the oncoming of Feb 14th means its time to mug. The 1st internals (called quizzes, to make it sound as if its trivial) are strategically placed by the admin junta so that even the few guys who get some date should be forced to forfeit it. What sadists!! Might be hardcore activists of some Sena group.

Hey this is not just about one IIT or something, almost all IITs have this fiendish scheme. May be when one gets a job in the admin block, he/she has to take an oath to solemnly swear that he/she will make life as tough as possible for us. Well leaving all that apart, this time thankfully for us quizzes didnt fall on the V-day. But that didnt do much difference atleast to my routine of gaming, whiling away time in front of my lappy or friends and may be sometime mug a bit. But I did find a quote that stuck a chord with me.

" The most precious thing that comes into the possession of a man in his entire life is a woman's heart"

And I ll leave with that line for you to think about and may be sometime in your life, you too might feel so...
